Library Director

Director Monica Walley, originally from Denison, returned to the area following a long and rewarding career in the U.S. Navy. She is a certified Library Director through Iowa Library Services and an advocate for Intellectual Freedom as it applies to all patrons of our great library. Serving as this community's Library Director for the past eleven years, she has enjoyed her time managing the library and meeting and getting to know our patrons. She is continually looking for better ways to provide library services and is always open to discuss ways to improve them.
