Notary Service
Norelius Community Library offers Notary services free of charge for our patrons. Hours for Notary services are as follows:

| Wednesday | 9:00 am to 4:30 pm |
| Thursday | 9:00 am to 7:30 pm |
| Friday | 9:00 am to 4:30 pm |
| Saturday | 9:00 am to 4:30 pm |
There may be times during these posted hours when a Notary staff member is unavailable. Notary service is not available on public holidays when the library remains open. Documents must be signed in front of a notary in order for the document to be notarized. Notaries are not legal experts and we cannot advise you regarding your documents. A notary's signature only denotes that you have shown proof of identity and signed the document in front of us.
For notary service, please:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the close of service to ensure time to notarize your documents.
- Bring a proof of identity with you, such as a driver's license, state ID, consular card, or passport.
- Have your documents completed, but not signed.

Free Notary services are also available at Denison City Hall during their normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
